Little Caesars Pizza

Called because I wanted to ensure a Hot&Ready was actually ready. IYKYK. She asked if I wanted something else, I did, but canceled due to timing. Well, she made it anyway, it was ready when i got there, and I got it. AMAZING SERVICE‼️

Scam poor quality and opening BAIT AND Switch…. This location has raised the prices and changed the names but giving the same pizza out to customers. Twice in a row. Paid for stuffed crust and was not. This time paid for extra most bestest which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Check out the pic. The top pizza is the classic. The bottom is the same pizza with extra cheese but less pepperoni…. I attempted to count to prove a point she hurried and closed the box … I called them out on it and the manager is also there as she spit and pointed at the pepperonis and put both pizzas back to resale… don’t waste your time or money on them. Rude and racist and nonchalant about the quality of food.

A little more of kindness would be a nice way to start when greeting a customer when they are asking questions and ordering pizza. It makes me reconsider where I do my business. I believe an attitude adjustment would be a good start Vegetarian options: A vegetarian is strictly vegetable Parking: The parking lot is small compared to the business that this store has Wheelchair accessibility: There are no accessible parking or entrance to this place of business so if you are handicapped or wheelchair-bound I would recommend finding a different place to do business

Their Pizza was good and it was a bit hot but it tastes good to eat on Fridays

Young crew. They work quickly, but lack basic good friendly customer service.

I know it’s supposed to be fast but OMG! Please slow down a little and take a few breaths before giving orders out to the wrong people and or saying, “We don’t give refunds.” Ma’am, I am standing in your 5x10 lobby amid COVID and flu season with my pajamas on (flannel) with an order number and an email saying it’s ready. Yes, I expect you to value the time I took to grace your staff with my pajamas and as a customer. I know it’s cheap pizza (still love it) but cheap doesn’t mean customer service should suck. #mythoughts P.s. the wings were like chicken jerky. Sincerely, Lady Flannel
