This mcdonalds sucks . worst customer service. they never answer the phone & i waited for an order literally 20 minutes outside. they didn’t answer the phone.

Ordered a iced caramel coffee this morning, once Tania handed me my coffee. I politely asked for one more squirt of caramel drizzel, she then proceeded to tell me that “how do i know how much she put in there”. I explained that i just like it with one more, she then told me to try it first as she handed me the coffee. I did not try the coffee as it wasnt mines to drink, so i asked her if its too much of a problem to add one more squirt. She told me yes and closed the window after i asked for her name. Do better.
