They will take your money, mess up your order and not answer the phone. Was on hold 40 minutes and the store closed. Corporate only refunds 25% even if it’s inedible and I had to do a charge back because they literally sent out a pepperoni pizza no pepperoni and no sauce. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CUSTOMER 10 YEARS+
I ordered a pizza today (02-29-24) and it literally has NO taste, whatever! Between the crust, sauce, cheese, pepperoni and garlic parmesan on the crust, there's NO taste to this pizza at all. This location is completely hit or miss; you'll either get a pizza that tastes pretty good or something like I got today, which is a complete waste of money. Maybe it depends on who is working on the specific day that you decide to order? There are times I'll get a pizza that you can tell was made fresh by the look (and taste) of it, and then there are days like today where I'll receive a pizza that looks like it was sitting around for a few hours before it was thrown in the oven.
Worst customer service. Count your days lil cesaaaa. Placed on line order, went from 20 minute wait to 1 hour wait. I tried to cancel & was in hold for an and a half. No one ever picked up the phone. They’re easy to take your money but don’t have good customer service.
The staff would rather gossip and make calls on shift than pay attention to their jobs. Oh, I also ordered ham on my pizza and got pineapple….
Horrible service,ordered online never received the food. Called the store and corporate with no answer. Was charged for food that I did not receive, just a Horrible experience
It just takes a little long but the pizza was good
