Taqueria Los Comales Burbank

I used to come here all the time with my family years ago and the everything from the service to the food was amazing…. I just left here and I can personally say the service has taken a drastic decline. It could be because I am black and the waitresses may have thought I wouldn’t tip (which I still did even though she didn’t deserve one) or what but we barely saw our waitress, she never brought us our drinks i had to get them out of the cooler myself, she got my boyfriends order wrong then when she was coming back she passed the plate off to someone else to bring back and went and tended to other costumers without so much as an apology, then we had to flag down another waitress to get to go boxes which i got almost immediately after getting my food which also took forever because I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to sit and eat. I’m not sure what has happened to this place but some equality and inclusion training might be nice. Btw if you do go and you are black I suggest using the drive thru.

The food is amazing!!! the service is amazing!!! Brian was so welcoming they are all welcoming I go every week sometimes twice a week.

This restaurant is a hidden gem

It’s 8:50pm and hours say they are open till 10pm. Drove 30 minutes and the doors were locked. They should really update their website!!

We order birria tacos and dine in…the waiter was very nice but kept forgetting to bring our silverware and drinks…when we got our food it tasted so bland and no seasoning whatsoever…I was highly upset took a couple of bites and had to leave because I was extremely disappointed with the food only enjoyed the rice and tortilla chips
