I ordered Beef Pho Noodle Soup. There was NO beef taste too the broth (mostly sweet, with a hint of perfumey almost soap taste), very little beef, and, a couple sliced meatballs which I did not want. Also, the beef seemed to be precooked (well done) rather than simply placed into the hot broth raw, which is much tastier I'm sad, it doesn't live up to the reviews which lead me to come here to try the Pho. For the fairly high price ($13), I expected more. $13 is a lot to pay for lunch, yet, I am so unsatisfied that I will have to go somewhere else to get something different (or, just be sad). Oh, I almost forgot - the one slice of lime was not enough as it was rather dry. I suppose I could have asked for more, but, not much point, I'll just leave instead.
Was really in the mood for pho and would have settled for average. This was not that. There was almost no meat in it and the noodles very mushy, probably sitting for a while. With all of the options in Columbus I won’t be returning.
Absolutely Delicious! We were pleasantly surprised as we just looked at reviews and chose Lieu’s. Everything from egg rolls, soups, entrees… super fresh and delicious!
Hair in food, and no offer of reimbursement. I wish them well, no need for me to return though. Their service acts like they are the only restaurant on High Street. Act like you are at least a little happy to see a paying customer(s).... treat them like you appreciate their money a little bit. Maybe they are just tired and worn out. Eitherway, it's part of the dining experience to get a happy worker.
This is hands down the WORST Chinese restaurant in the city. The egg rolls were chewy. Both of our chicken entrees were burnt and stringy. The orange chicken was not spicy even though we requested extra spicy, and it tasted closer to ketchup. The walnut chicken had almost no sauce and the walnuts were very bitter. Even the steamed rice has an off taste, like there was something in the water. I specifically asked the hostess for 3 chopsticks and we got 2. Compared to everything wrong with the food, this is a minor gripe. Save your money. McDonald's dipped in sweet and sour tastes better (and is damn near more authentic) than this food.
Wonderful food, wonderful people. Can't really say much else. Love the curry.
The pho here is fantastic! I'm Vietnamese, I know a good pho the broth flavor is very deep, and has all the subtle spices I'd expect. My partner really enjoyed the pad thai. Service is really friendly. Only complaint is that the restaurant is a little hot and stuffy, especially when you've got hot soup
Good family owned local business. Big fan of the shrimp loman, fried rice, & veggie egg rolls. Give em a shot you wont be disappointed.
The food is not bad it could just use a little more flavor
