My girlfriend and I go in for for shakes in the warmer months, workers are extremely friendly and the sweets are tasty and visually appealing. Highly reccomend as a dairy queen/graeters replacement or an early date spot.

Cute place for late night sweets

What a fun and creative place! Seemed like anything was possible. Went for a first time cotton candy experience and couldn't believe the menu. Huge selection of inventive desserts, including more cotton candy flavors than I knew existed! Can't wait to go back and try some more crazy treats!! Small, family-owned and operated. Served by the owner's daughter, really friendly and welcoming. Just room enough for a few people, plan on taking it to go if you visit during peak hours. Kid-friendliness: Wonderful with children, very patient and kind.

Great milkshakes and fancy. Like other reviews they take a little bit to make. My son enjoyed the cookie monster. Due to season they were out of some stuff.

Just went by to get shakes at 6pm on a Saturday but their lights were off and the door was locked even though they had their sign flipped to open. Don’t know what happened.

Nice place to buy liquor and beer

I love this place, it's quiet, but plenty of city feel, the ice cream sundaes are amazing and affordable so I can justify taking my kiddo here often!

Libby Lou's menu really surprised us... their selection of ice creams, shaved ice, cotton candy, and insane milkshakes was just incredible! I had a buckeye shake, my wife had a cookies and cream sundae, and a cookie monster scoop and hot fudge sundae for my son and mother in law. The girls that worked in there were welcoming and happy to serve us. We all really enjoyed our treats and will definitely be back!

Update: I was finally able to visit and get my ice cream in a reasonable amount of time. I did not see the owner working, so hopefully that means you hired some additional help. I have to say that I had a wonderful experience and absolutely loved the sundae ! I will be back! Previous review: I realize you are a small business, I totally understand that. However, your wait times are insane. I was excited to try something on your crazy menu, but after waiting in an uncertain line for 15 minutes and not hearing another person get their order taken or see anyone eating ice cream, I decided to go. After reading other reviews, I noticed this is a big issue that is growing. You have a great concept that really could take off. I recommend hiring some employees and giving up some control to get orders out more quickly, or the people who walk away may never come back. It is hard to even get to the counter to place an order, let alone to make a complaint. Keep that in mind as people leave who are unhappy with the product or service. I hope that you find a solution that works for you... Looking at the business you are losing, it is a great problem to have as long as you address it quickly. I will try to visit again in a couple months and check your ice cream out as long as I don't have to wait an hour to get it.
