Hadley's Bar + Kitchen

The waitress started out fairly easy she seems high strung but upon promoting she was fairly easy.. but that changed after she took our order... We should have read comments in better preparation before we went .. just picked a spot w the friend group to brunch I guess we missed some of these comments the food looked good we wanted to try the shakes .. well after we sat a while..over and hour .. we were told there were no boozy shakes freezer broken... It was one of the main reasons we came.. ok things happen... But then friends ordered food..I liked my burger and potatoes have them add onions they're really good fried a bit hard but whatever.....my drink Hadley punch was the show stopper tho sooooo good.. Food took a while came out w errors no strawberries for French toast one didn't have their bacon n eggs.. no donuts for donuts French toast...same friend wings came out and they looked nothing like the photos we saw online and literally had no taste it was the oddest thing.. toward the end of brunching we inquired for probably the 3rd time where eggs n bacon were and she finally just cancelled them..We inquired and it seemed like the waitress didn't want to ask the manager any questions she actually had an attitude about it. Eventually another runner came and she was a delight. Kind of made up for the lack of personality in our host. She was hot n cold you could tell she was either overwhelmed or annoyed... But it was far from packed so idk. Anyway.. a drink was sent back and a gentleman came over to apologize for some of the mishaps. Lastly the Manager came over and was more than gracious to us.. offered a slight discount.. which was a good show of apology. So I would try again but probably wouldn't break my neck ... New to the area so had the manager not come I might have written it off altogether. We'll see what happens.. seeing the lady who posted below my comment I can see them not giving the chair unfortunately based on how we were handled. I would have taken the chair tho I'm not asking lol

Just had a bad experience with portion sizes, food quality and service. The donut French toast was about half the size of a Krispy cream donut. It also came with a third of a slice of bacon and maybe a half of a strawberry cut into 8 pieces. The avocado on the avocado toast was brown.

The service is terrible, and why are the employees faking the reviews on here???

The food here is good and the prices are not too bad. I have been here a few times and the service is usually slow and the wait staff are not super friendly. I went today at about 5:30 on a Friday, the restaurant had a few other tables but was not super busy. We waited to be seated for about ten minutes before a young lady who was having a conversation on her phone eventually sat us. We waited for at least 30 minutes at our table and were not even given a water. I tried multiple times to flag down a waiter and no one ever came. Multiple tables that came in after us were helped before we were including the table directly next to ours. We eventually got fed up and just left without ordering anything. I did like the food here but I probably won’t go back due to the poor service.

Food was fantastic! We both got the melt and shared some of the truffle fries (although, in MY opinion, the fries could have been crispier.) Looking forward to trying the sweet potato fries! The old fashioned (which I'm picky about) was very good, too. The prices were all reasonable, which is such a rarity these days. The service too, was great. It was an all around great experience. Should probably fix that front door though.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time has been worse than the last. I liked there food for the price but I can’t say it’s worth it anymore do to how unfriendly the wait staff are. The last time I was in there I waited awhile to be seated, mind you, they weren’t busy. By the time I got to sit down I waited another 30mins and the waiter never came over so I got up and left. Very disappointing.

Really good food!!! Definitely worth it!
