I e walked past this quite a few times and dismissed it due to its reviews. They couldn’t be more wrong. This food was excellent. Their coffee was very good. A little pricey but it’s NYc. I will come back again.

Until today, it was one of my favorite cafes, but this morning, when I bought a baguette and coffee, and wanted to eat it in the cafe hall, I was asked to leave the cafe, because people who buy a sandwich “to go” cannot eat their food inside the cafe, where is the point of this if it is the same food from the menu. The hall was half empty, my breakfast would not have taken more than 10 minutes. And this is not a reprimand to the employees, this is to the superiors who imposed these rules. I will never return to the chain of these cafes again. Now there is a very large selection of other places with more delicious coffee and breakfasts. Shame

Quick Healthy food

Received a cold coffee and an attitude when I asked that my coffee be replaced. Disappointed

Nous connaissons cette franchise depuis plus de 15 ans et nous y allons à chaque visite à NY Cette année sera la dernière La qualité n’y est plus Le service n’est plus aussi personnalisé Notre commande semble se perdre entre notre table et la cuisine On ne nous sert plus le café avant notre nourriture, on nous apporte les mauvaises assiettes, les salades sont flétries et il n’y a plus les petites confitures à partager Vraiment vraiment déçue du service Les prix sont donc trop trop chers pour la qualité et le service … 1800 Broadway sera à oublier …

embarrassment of an establishment. was told if i wanted to sit down i needed to get dine-in service. was charged $7 for a coffee that stated it was $3.50 on the menu. when i brought it to the girls attention she found that she charged me for a pumpkin spice latte??? coffee was bad too, won’t be returning.
