Le Bleu

They are rude. I picked up my order for dinner, it wasn’t ready when I arrived which is okay I wasn’t in a rush. When I got my order my bag ripped and when the guy behind the bar gave me another he was very testy and rude. He acted like I was annoying bc my bag ripped. He was also rude to the customer that came behind me as well. I understand being at work all day and being tired but being rude to customers isn’t necessary. If my order wasn’t already payed for I would’ve walked out w/out my food and told them to keep it.

Two of us stopped in on a whim, their sign says "from Saigon Le Vendeur" who we like. Thank goodness! It might not have caught my eye if it just said "le bleu". The menu looked so good, everything sounded fresh and had some something unique- but not just for the sake of being unique. It all sounded good. For example- the green tea is sweetened with Mango juice. Yum! We had the grilled pork vermicelli- high veggies to noodles ratio :), wings and the Corn Ribs. Will be back for sure! Ah, and: the folks running it were super nice. It was sleepy when we went around 3, I felt like we found a new regular spot.

Decided to try this place for the first time today and wow, it was very disappointing. I ordered via UberEats paying $19 for beef pho and $18 chicken pho - prices are outrageous, but I can expense so why not try it. I opened the containers and to my dismay, it consisted of 25% veggies, 50% bean sprouts, and 25% pho/meat (this is essentially what you want to eat). To pay such exorbitant prices, one would think that they would not skimp on the pho noodles and meat. Secondly, has anyone not notice how salty the beef pho is? I eaten countless times growing up in a Vietnamese household and this is the saltiness broth I’ve ever had. I’m the guy that typically holds up the bowl at the end and drinks all the broth, but I dare not with this one. FYI - I am how hungry I am after this meal if my 4 year old can finish his chicken pho. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place and highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Overall mediocre, friendly service but the food took too long. Really didn’t like their veggie pho or their coffee.

The food was good.

Most people think of pho or banh mi for Vietnamese food. I'm a fanatic for bun, and the bun here is so much better than I've had in any other Vietnamese restaurant so far. It's not even close. I ordered the bun with garlic butter prawns (something I haven't seen as an option for bun anywhere else) and I added egg rolls. The variety and quantity of added veggies (cucumber, carrots, sprouts, mint, radishes) is unmatched by other restaurants I've tried so far.

I did take out and the food was great. First time there and pleasantly surprised how good it was. Will be back.

i need the number of the manager or the owner I've had crawfish here before but this is the worst I've ever had it the crawfish I order on uber tonight for pick up was 2 pounds 3/12/2024 at around 8pm almost one full pound out of the two pounds I order was cooked dead when I was peeling crawfish you can tell it's was already dead before it was cook the meat crumbled you should check your crawfish if they are alive first before you cook them now have to ask uber eats for a probably I wouldn't come here for the crawfish or the food in gerenal ever again last time coming here I don't recommend anyone coming here and spending your money try crawfish you will see it's a definite waste of money AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND anyone to waste for mostly already dead crawfish you'll be getting
