I can't get over how amazing this place is! The food was incredible, the staff were so friendly, the atmosphere was perfect! I spoke with Velma who runs the restaurant and she was born in Cuba and raised on this food. They used a bunch of Laz's grandmother's recipes even! So you are getting at authentic as you can get Cuban food AND coffee! I tried for my first time the authentic Cuban sandwich and it was perfect! I tried the yuca fries and they were so good! I've never tried those before but I will definitely get them again. I need to try the sweet fried plantains next time though because Velma said it's her favorite. I also got a shot of the Cuban coffee and it was so perfectly smooth and sweet and delicious! I can't say enough food things about this restaurant! You have to give it a try! I will definitely be back! Updated: mistakenly said Velma's family recipes but meant to say Laz's family recipes
Had the Cuban Sandwich and churros with caramel sauce…. NOTHING had flavor they literally didn’t season anything not even the caramel sauce had flavor to it worst I’ve ever had… never going back lol
Have gone here a few times. Food is very bland, salty, and dry. Last time I went the chicken was so dry I couldn’t even cut it. As several other have noted, it’s definitely not worth the price. I’ve had other Cuban places that are more authentic.
The food here was really good, especially the sweet plantains and the Cuban sandwich. The service is great. The restaurant itself is nicely appointed and vibrant. I love the bathroom. The pictures were aesthetically pleasing. Nice 2 ply toilet paper as well.
The place itself is super cute, everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing! We always get Cubans, a beef potato ball and the sauce that comes with it is delicious! We come here every few weeks Kid-friendliness: Family friendly
