When I visited them yesterday, their professionalism and level of customer service really astonished me. I ordered the rib tips and brisket nachos. I returned to try the nachos that Teylor had suggested during a prior visit. The recommendation was absolutely worthwhile. The service was superb and the food was amazing. Once again, thank you!
Staff is always nice but the food quality is going down. I used to love this location. The beans were mushy and the pulled pork was totally fat last time we had it 2 weeks ago.
Wonderful BBQ, Brunswick Stew and tea. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible entrance.
What happened to our Lawler's? Been a regular customer for years. But things are different now. The baked potatoes are smaller. They don't taste as good as they used to. The turkey was hard and rubbery today. The tea has not been very good for months. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich tonight and they gave him a pile of chicken on the tray - no sandwich. How did that happen? 4 out of 5 times, when we place an order, something is delivered wrong now. Our ticket was right, but the order is filled wrong. It didn't used to be this way at Lawlers. Things used to be good and we felt good about it. That kept us coming back. Oh well.
Ribs was way much delicious. If you are in huntsville, visit once to try ribs. Overall everything is good. Parking: There is plenty of parking space.
I was immensely impressed with the entire experience. The staff has a reputation for being consistently friendly, and Teylor exemplified this wonderfully, greeting me with a cheerful smile and a positive attitude that set the tone for the meal. Adding to the establishment’s appeal is their flawless 100 score from the health department, a testament to their commitment to quality and cleanliness. Speaking of cleanliness, the bathrooms were spotless and featured a new faucet that added a touch of modernity. The dining area maintained this high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ambiance was further enhanced by the music, which was set at a perfect volume, allowing for easy conversation. Now, onto the highlight - the food. The stuffed pork potato I ordered was nothing short of fantastic. It was served hot and fresh, packed with flavor, and left me absolutely satisfied with no room for complaints. In summary, Lawler’s BBQ continues to uphold its high standards in every aspect, making it a must-visit spot in Madison, AL.
