Wow, I've been living in the DFW area for 4 years and today was the first time I've visited Las Palmas. My server was Alejandro and he was AMAZING. He provided great service and recommendations. The FOOD???? Whewwwww, probably the best Tex-Mex I've had here in Dallas. The queso blanco is so addicting. The tortilla chips are the perfect texture and crunch, and I love the two salsas they provide once you're seated. I tried the seafood enchiladas due to the good reviews and it exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the margaritas ??? Whewww soo good and strong! You're getting your money’s worth here. I will be back!!! Next time I’m trying the Fajitas. Also, I like the ambiance here. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is more intimate with low lighting and outdoor is nice as well. So you have options to choose as well. Thanks so much Las Palmas for the great food and service.
Where do I even begin! This is hands-down, the most incredible Tex-Mex restaurant in Dallas, Texas. The food and the chef, my goodness incredible flavors and options on the menu. The service is impeccable. Everything is always out so quickly and fresh. The ambience is so cool with the best music. My absolute favorite Tex-Mex restaurant ever.
Cion! Thank you for the excellent service you offered us. Being from out of town, Florida that is, we were on a mission to find the best Mexican food in Dallas. After several attempts, we found our favorite entrees through your guidance. The Brisket Tacos and Steak Fajitas were the best!!!! Should we travel to Dallas again in the near future, we will definitely return to the restaurant and request you as our server again. If you’re a local to Dallas, ask for Cion as your sever! Thank you, Cion for making ur visit extra special. The Skinny margaritas are the best!!!! Floridians!!!
Abraham is the best- if you have the opportunity, sit in his section. Otherwise you’ll have amazing service and amazing food anyway. This is a staple for me !!
Awesome food! Lighting is very dim, but so worth it!
Awesome! Full stop. We started with the Tamales Puecho, 3 came out wrapped in corn husk and accompanied by a delicious and slightly spicy chili. I personally added some of the Salsa Verde to the top of mine and it took it to the next level. Speaking of the Salsa Verde. I'm not usually a fan. Traditional red for me. But this... This was some of my favorite salsa I've had in a very long time. The Chimichanga was my entre. I had mine with steak. Laid on a standard bed of rice and beans. This is another point where Las Palmas subverted my expectations. I don't like guacamole (or avocados for that matter) they're just a filler. But here... They are an integral part to the flavor balance of this behemoth of culinary delight. The guac, pico, sour cream, and steak all work together to make some genuinely delicious. It's a house special for a reason. I don't get to Dallas much, but next time I do I'll be back. PS they serve glass bottles coke which will earn you an extra star no matter what.
Food is good and fresh. Drinks are on point! Parking: There is free parking on the street and they have a parking lot behind the restaurant
