First time. Location is west of the strip. At least 20 min drive. Food is exactly like what I expected. Real traditional Lao food. But I was disappointed in the porc meat. It was more like bacon. I just wanted to see how authentic it was but at this price I could have paid for a buffet at the Palms. It was $74.62 for 4 dish plus sticky rice and ate for two.
Very nice! I went here for dunch (dinner and lunch), and the food was absolutely scrumptious!! The service was nice, not as good as the food, though! I never tried Lao food before, and this was an excellent first impression!! 10/10 would definitely go here again! Time to recommend this to all my friends! :)
I was at Lao kitchen 12/26/2023, ordered just 3 dishes, I really wasn't hungry but I needed to try since I don't come to Vegas that much. 1)far from strip/main area of Vegas 2)unique dining set up, nothing fancy at all. 3)food took a while to come out. 4)slow services due to ONLY one person who wore crocks serving us, not very polite, just straight forward and not friendly. 5)overall great quality food, yet most of all, expensive forbade small portions of beef jerky and sausages. Even the papaya salad laobstyle was good but not enough for two people to relish.
Nam khao way too sweet instead of spicy.
I recently dined at Laos Kitchen in Las Vegas, and it was an outstanding experience that easily deserves a 5-star rating. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food, which showcased a perfect blend of flavors and authentic Lao cuisine. Each dish was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a feast not just for the palate but also for the eyes. What really set Laos Kitchen apart was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They were quick to offer recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the overall experience. It had a cozy and inviting feel, making it an ideal spot for both casual and special occasions. In conclusion, Laos Kitchen is a gem in Las Vegas for anyone looking to indulge in authentic Lao cuisine. The combination of delicious food and stellar service makes it a must-visit destination. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
