La Nueva Perla

Un lugar muy limpio y ordenado muy buen servicio PERO la comida no es nada cerca a lo que es un Plato de barbacoa de borrego con consome de res o pollo es absolutamente a no no, la carne estuvo bien pero me sabia a nor de res o de pollo eso para mo es un asco ir a comer un caldo de cierta carne y te sepa a otra carne. Es un asco comer algo con saber de otra cosa. ay que aprender a saber que condimentar qué para que y con que. No vuelvo a ir ni lo recomiendo.

Nice remodel. Bar. Food was NOT good. Bummed out about that. Used to be yummy yummy. Oh, the salda was good.

Came for lunch with a group. Greeted by amicable staff, quick service. Plenty of options on the menu for traditional Mexican food. Parking can be a bit hard to find, parking garage down the road. Ambiance is nice, indoors has plenty of seating, no wait time. Fish tacos were superb, beans were also good.

I love this place. I discovered it on my first trip to South San Francisco a couple of years ago. I was back today and headed here immediately after getting a hotel. I don’t know what the rest of the menu is like but the Chile Rellenos are fantastic. The wait staff is also very nice - must be some of the nicest people in the Bay Area.
