Loved the coconut pastry & the flan crem brule type dessert. Was a perfect place to sit & paint as well. Loved the ambience

Unfortunately I can’t give this place no stars which is what they deserve for their customer service. Cashier was not friendly and another staff member that which she seemed to be manager and she was very rude when speaking to another staff member and very rude when I came up to pick up my order. We were sitting down waiting to for pastries to be ready and she only called out my name once and as I came to pick up she met me with a “I’ve been calling out your name and you never came” mind you she did call out some other persons name a couple times as I was waiting patiently to her my name and when she did I came up right away. Very rude food may taste good but their service is awful never coming back to this location.

Walked in Maneger on phone in front of register it was like a Zombie looking at me no reaction when I walked up to register. When , next had girl approach the register and waited till I figured I should start my order. Then the guy on the phone brought my food I ask for jelly which he replied I will look , never got an answer on the jelly where about,

My favorite place to eat . My brother in Dallas took me there and it was love from there...almost 20 yrs ago. I was so happy that there are 2 here in Austin when I'd moved here.i can go there to eat and buy the bake good, jams ,spices and the fabulous tomato and basil soup.

I waited 2 hours, two attempts, to be informed that the order would be canceled. The person on the phone informing me was rude as well. Children are crying, and I would have resolved it differently if informed correctly. I have been ordering regularly for a couple of years; this has been a colossal disappointment.
