Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered Chicken Al Pastor Burrito Bowl from this place and the quantity was literally half of what Chipotle normally sends. It had regular chicken instead of Al Pastor. Absolutely disgusting. I had to hunt for the white rice and Guac in the Bowl. Complete ripoff...the person who made that Bowl either needs training or needs to be fired. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. They ran out of most ingredients by 7:30pm and the line was almost out the door. We were told they were out of white rice and chips and then were given small portions to make up for the fact they ran out of everything.

I have yet to have a positive experience here and I live across the street so I go pretty regularly. The drink/utensil area is always a mess and service is never overly friendly or quick. Last time the worker spilled the beans (literally spilled out of my dish) - got an attitude and threw my bowl away and remade it and made me uncomfortable. Just now I went during post rush hour I’d assume - 7:30pm ish. Service was slow, food isn’t hot, and I sat at the register waiting to pay. All of this is fine but I went to pay and she repeated the total back to me acting like I was inconveniencing her - and she put my drink cup in the bag. I asked for my drink and she had an attitude once again pointing at my bag. This review probably doesn’t matter because people love chipotle and it’s a great location but I would go more frequently if this particular location had better management and the workers didn’t have such a sour attitude.

Easily the WORST chipotle I have been to. The customer service is pure rudeness. To some, it may be fine, but it's not. Walked in and the guy said it'll be one more minute, that's okay. After he was done, he didn't even close up my bag for me and stuck his hand out and it almost fell because the bag wasn't closed. Didn't even say anything when he handed it to me either...like thanks! Now for the small complaints because the guy was just passive aggressive. He put bean JUICE in my bowl and it started seeping out of the bowl and leaking through the bag as I walked out. I asked for a side of guac for my chips and they put it in my bowl...good thing is it as much as them giving it on the side. The chips are stale with a mix of a few good ones in there. Definitely yesterdays chips. Lastly, the flavor is NOT it for this new al pastor flavor and they fajita veggies at this location are TRASH - horrible flavor and not even cooked to tenderness like how they are at other restaurants. Will not be coming back here.

Rice are not cooked , veges are soggy and give very small quantity as portion. Chipotle is very good but I guess will try the other one but never on this location.

I ordered steak and they gave me chicken, unfortunately it was a door dash order so I couldn’t do anything about it. but I did paid extra for it so I’m pretty disappointed
