Kyu Ramen

The restaurant was closed when we went at 5pm even though it said open on Google Maps! I'm not sure what happened, but I was really looking forward to eating here.

Came to the restaurant and was closed during operational hours with no workers in sight. Very disappointing.

Excellent food, great service and the atmosphere is a vibe but I hate this place for never being open when it says it’s open .. gonna be finding a new ramen spot

They gave me the wrong order and food doesn’t have much flavor.

It says they are open till 3am but I've tried a few different days now and they haven't picked up the phone a single time.

Stop there Friday night around 11 pm. There were maybe 7 more people seating, we ordered, and after 40 min, only 2 people got their ramen. People faces were depressing. 5 stars reviews for this place have to be fake. Hate to leave bad reviews but not even a comment from the server, no glass of water, really a strange situation, I'm glad we just left the place.

I’m honestly so disappointed. It went from a 15 minute wait to almost 30 minutes. My food is bland. My noodles were hard. I had the veggie ramen. The only good thing I had was the veggie dumplings. Was not worth the wait and was not worth my money. Vegetarian options: Had a vegan ramen, veggie ramen and some veggie appetizers.

Came in at around 6pm so the place was empty. Service was fine since there wasnt no rush. It was just some young man taking orders and a young girl cooking, as you are able to see into the kitchen from the dinning area. Ordered their Tonkotsu ramen labeled as Chashu Ramen. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DISH. First off, before ordering, i asked the waiter if the ajitama egg was soft boiled and he confirmed it was, As MOST Traditional Ajitama eggs are, and so I ordered two. Instead, I get 2 unseasoned hard boiled egg. I tell the server, "hey i thought you said the eggs are softboiled?" He sees that they arent and is embarrassed and offers to remove it from the dish which i let him do. Also had ordered karrage chicken side dish, this was NOT TRADITIONAL KARRAGE, this was just fried chicken breast. Secondly, broth was not tonkotsu broth or if it is, this place is CHEATING OUT THE BROTH. The broth was NOT creamy at all and tasted like chicken broth instead of pork broth LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIRD AND PROBABLY MY BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT, the chashu was unseasoned and not even broiled. Its almost as if they just boiled the pork belly in salt water and called it a day. So embarrassing and disappointing. For a dish claiming to be tonkotsu ramen priced at $15. This was a immediate rip off, will not be ordering this again and most likey will be a LONG time before I return. Just that dish alone told me that this establishment does not sell authentic ramen. The gentlemen knew I wasn't happy so he offered to only charge me half. His service was fine but I wrap up my review to one of 2 things: 1) the young lady that was the cook for the night was just plain out bad at making this dish. -OR- 2) THIS PLACE is just a cheap ramen knock off and they instruct their cooking crew a lazy recipe.

I don't know what time the business will be open. I arrived at 6 to order and it is closed on a Sunday.
