Bazille

My friend took me here for lunch as part of my birthday celebration. Our server, James was LOVELY and took great care of us! Salads were yummy. Even the coffee was excellent! Hostess and manager lovely.

The crab bisque and lump crab egg Benedict are amazing! The generous amount of crab and the quality of all of the ingredients are excellent. It is a hidden gem!

Bazille is a nice corner restaurant to grab a quick bit in my opinion. Staff are quite friendly and nice. You’ll the place to have a nice vibe to it. The food is also okay a little bit to the greasy side i would say which might be what you need sometimes. Parking: Bazille is inside the Nordstrom building inside the west field mall. The mall has a free parking for the first two hours.

Nice welcome and prompt seating upon our arrival. Michael, our server, and a woman (his supervisor?) took good care of us. Professional and delightful when he took our order and when she presented our dishes to us. I had the Biscuits and gravy with chicken Pattie's and potato slices. Delicious! The green and white tea was a good balance. I'll be back to try other dishes.

The Nordstrom cafes seem to have different menus, depending on what city you are in, but they all have great food and friendly, fast service. We came here 2 days in a row and enjoyed the salads, chicken tacos and Brussel sprouts. The cucumber cooler cocktail with vodka, was sweet and refreshing.

They messed up my delivery order. French dip didn’t come with Au Jus, which kinda ruins the whole sandwich. Manager said I’d have to work with DoorDash instead of offering an apology or other options. It’s like they didn’t care. Waste of $$$

Single diner. On a Wednesday at 1:30pm. Not busy. Took five minutes for any of the half dozen front of house employees to say hello. Manager more concerned with a service dog on the bench next to me than the host hanging out in the kitchen.

Kyle our bartender, is always a love, says my friend who comes here. Omg the BEST tomato basil soup and the best Crab bisque. And the Parmesan Crostinis are the best on earth! Such a lovely afternoon snack Then shop till you drop at Nordstroms! LOL! Vegetarian options: Tomato bisque! Yes please! Ask for extra Crostini
