Horrible customer service, Produce not ringing up correctly. Young lady working self check out, was poorly trained, and had a bad attitude. Do yourself and the world of favor if you don’t like people and hate your job, quit and get a job where you have no interaction with the public.
Enjoyed my trip. People were friendly and knowledgeable. My trip was short because everything was well organized and easy to locate and checking out was easy.
Terrible customer service. Managers are contradictory. One of the managers did not know their own terms and services and stated, "well it's thousands of pages long, I do not know them all". Quick Google search displayed the terms and services clearly. They will quickly bounce around saying this is a freshfare not a King Scoopers when the argument doesn't favor them even though the receipt clearly shows King Scoopers.
Entire customer service desk should be fired, or just shut down completely. Not being able to refund $3 bc a stocker labeled a price wrong, not knowing how to ring-up lotto tix, poor customer service, having 3 women all at different counters reading during their shift w 3 "Lane Closed" signs in front of each one, and generally not educated enough and zero service skills to be working w ppl. Zero stars. Thanks for nothing, except an extra trip to another King Soopers which had qualified ppl working. This place is horrendous.
5 stars when you guys take the high fructose corn syrup out of the chocolate milk...kids drink this!!
