Drinks made right and Fast, also good attitudes from the servers

My order for this comment took place at June 18 at 11:16am I don't know who is the young lady at the drive through but she gave me the biggest attitude about asking for a holder for my drinks and bakery items. She asked me three times like what I was saying was ridiculous and even listed what I had as if it were stupid of me to ask. When I confirmed again that I was asking for the holder, she rolled her eyes and uttered and "ugh omg" and then took someone else's order through the drive through before giving me mine. She looked young and was maybe having a bad day so I didn't try to antagonize her however I was stunned. Extremely rude

Starbucks is a great place to get a good cup of coffee!

My husband's drink was poorly made and mine was not what I ordered, one drink went into the trash and mine, well, I gave it away because I asked for mocca frappe and they gave me another caramel drink, I don't like caramel.

On 6/6/23 about 5:45pm. Terrible service. Terrible atmosphere! Dropped my drink twice because these two young ladies were doing nothing but dropping f bombs laughing and being blatantly rude! I have never recieved such terrible service like this! Then they started to down talk what seems to be a fellow employee calling her wrinkle ce and how they would be slap her! All while my 4 year old was right there hearing this all! Then handing my drink with foam spilled all around it didn't even bother to wipe it clean! I would never er be back to this Starbucks location again! Do better!

I was highly disappointed in the service and that they remade my drink twice and still made it wrong. I wanted a mocha cookie crumble venti which I always get Everytime I go to a Starbucks which is at least 3 to 4 times a week sometimes more depending. The second time it was made wrong I just took the drink and threw it away because it was nasty and tasted nothing like the drink. The Starbucks in Kroger definitely needs a barista that knows how to make the drinks go in here and show them ladies how to make drinks. There was 4 of them and none of them knew what they were doing. Will never under from that location again.

I would give it no stars but it’s not an option. Yesterday I ordered a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino with heavy cream. Which is a CREAM based drink. The woman proceeded to make me what she wanted which was a Java chocolate drink which is coffee based. I advised her the drink was incorrect and she proceeds to tell me that I didn’t specify I wanted it cream based! WELL WHY WOULD I WHEN THATS HOW THE DRINK IS MADE! She had an obvious attitude and acted as though she wasn’t going to make another ones! Never will shop here again. Her manager was sitting right at the table and never stepped in to help!

Stood at the counter half an hour while she kept looking at me and continued her conversation with her friend in the back. Never got to place my order because I was ignored. I wasn't the only person in line. I'll take my money elsewhere.
