Catastrophic.

They keep forgetting the sauces we ask for. It's frustrating and there is no recourse. Part of what I love is the honey mustard sauce...

I ordered a 12-piece meal only car in line I was asked to pull up and wait 10-12 minutes later still only car waiting our food came the girl said she needed our receipt to make sure it was us STILL only car there then proceeded to tell us we accepted tips .i refrain from losing my mind never wrote on one of these reports before but a day later this still bothers me. Yall definitely lost a customer

I swear this place gets slower, dirtier and more understaffed everytime I come here. Rude yelling staff constantly long wait times for short orders and that's if they've even made it for you that day and aren't out honestly get anything else.

They forgot an item for my order and then took over 40 minutes to make didn’t even start making it until I pointed out that im missing part of the order and halfway through asking me if its ok to not use all the ingredients, no i want the order that I asked for and they didn’t even cook it correctly

Worst service yet. Have tried again, and once again very frustrated by poor service. Waited for 50 min for food, would have left but charge already posted to bank card. Should be 1 Star, but food taste was not a problem

If you want to waste your afternoon waiting for your food in the lobby while watching every drive thru order get serviced make sure to come here. You’ll be taunted and teased about while starving and regretting not just going in your car. Don’t come here the service sucks and the employees act high and mighty when you can’t even get chicken in under 30 minutes. The “manager” redhead needs to drop the attitude and put on some gloves and help out instead of standing around on her phone watching others struggle to work.

Got 6 piece meal for $20.00 ask for all white meat and would pay extra she did not give me all white meat went back in told lady see did not give me all white meat so ask for money back and see said I can give you all white 45 min wait will not go back to this KFC worst customer service.
