Only because my daughter wanted KFC I stopped here to buy food

Chicken is way to grease!!!!

Get my lunch on Thursday's. Usually get a classic chkn sandwich! Staff is always kind and precise with my specific order! Drive thru always moves quick .

Went to go pick up a mobile order at the drive thru; the employee told me to go inside instead so had to wait in the drive thru line with the other cars then finally go park and go inside. Once inside, I went to go use the restroom. There is no men's restroom, just a room labeled 'washroom'. Once inside, it was nasty and there were no paper towels or hand dryer so used my jeans to dry my hands. When I went to the counter, there was a gentleman in front of me getting helped. A lady and her son walked in as I'm still there waiting to be helped to pick up my mobile order. Then finally the man got his food and left and the employee at the register moved onto the lady without acknowledging me. Finally a friendly employee came from around the back and I said Im here to pick up an order and finally got my food. Bad experience, KFC should just give out the mobile orders at the drive thru window just like every other fast food place does with their mobile app orders. Fyi, Jack in the Box has the biggest and best tasting chicken wrap, both KFC and Carl's Jr can't compete with their wraps.

The food was very delicious! They even got my order correct! I had a very simple question, so I called. I did so 4 times and got no answer. Now, I have a real concern. Since I'm not able to speak with someone in charge, I have to warn everyone to ask for your receipt and review it before you leave. I suspect that I was overcharged, but I can't speak with anyone, and I don't live in the area, so I can't help but feel wronged. The prices on their drive-thru menu may be incorrect. When they didn't hand me my receipt with my card, I thought they may put it in my order. They didn't. My mistake, but they didn't even offer me one. I highly recommend to double check the drive-thru menu prices, as well as your receipt, because you can't get through to any supervisor at this location by phone.

Very often out of chicken (the irony!). Rude staff!!
