Good service, good food & good people.

Haven’t had good chicken here in a long time. Once again the chicken was not fresh, very greasy from being held so long & evidently the oil has not been changed in a long time as it had that unmistakable taste of old oil. I was the only customer in the place and there was not a single clean table.

Waited 20 minutes to get my tenders @ the drive thru: . Piss poor lazy service. We were the only people in line and they did nothing. Store was even locked up. Wouldn’t let us in at 5:pm

I don’t know if the food is good as the couple times I’ve ordered here I show up and they are closed. No notice of closure and within open hours. Service is non existent.

Stop in at KFC CAHABA RD. WAS 10:30 in morning store was closed ask manager when they would open His reply was When he gets ready too. Its always like this when I come into this location. He had an attitude last time I drop in there. He was friendly too the two customers ahead of me. When I got up had an attitude.

The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. They honestly don’t even deserve the one star. If the goal is to make sure customers don't return, they have succeeded because I definitely won’t be.

I placed a small order through their app an hour before they closed. I arrived and walked in to pick up my order (50 mins before they closed) and they asked me how I got in there (I pointed to the door and said "that door"), told me the lobby was closed and to go through the drive thru. I went back to my vehicle and went through the drive thru. They have me pull up to the window and then tell me that they don't have any of what I ordered available and the order will be refunded. They had the place almost completely shut down for the night with almost an hour left of business hours. How did they have no chicken tenders available and no chicken for a sandwich? They also never offered replacements or anything. Just a simple, "it'll be refunded". Like cool, I'll get my money back but what in the world?!

Ate here for lunch today. Drive thru was no wait, staff was very pleasant to deal with. Food was Great.
