March 20 2024 7:10 pm l when KfC to order my dinner l waited a long time the manager fixed 3 people order that came behind me instead of fixing my order first. When l got my food l pull out my first piece of chicken began to start eating and start feeling bad plus it smell bad now l know why she stop the young woman not to fixed my order .they were containing my food every thing came together how they were acting. Ordered online while i was inside to get the promotion nuggts deal .. after i placed order gave me estimate 5 mins waited 15 mins inside and see people in and out and ordering and still waiting .. i asked then then she went on device and said i will prepare it now i was like whattt ? Then took another 10 mins and i got very dry skinny tenders with brown color and very cold and ruberry .. and my order still missing item and after that they fixed the messed item and was very poor ingredients.. and i asked for my promotion nuggts which was in my bag on check out but after arguing seems they removed it after you paying .. the cashier told me you not the first one nobody got that deal they lying about promotion .. never again KFC I JUST THREW MY MONEY AND TRASHED THE FOOD

This place needs new management. I asked for the MOD 3 separate times, and was denied. The person that denied me was clearly intoxicated on heavy drugs. He couldn’t complete a sentence, and his two “assistants” (who couldn’t speak English - I had to speak to them in Spanish) simply shrugged and made it seem like this was a normal thing. Be warned

Need to hire good employees the girl at the store is ridiculous and stupid it's 1hr to close and says everything is out, she will take an hour to make mac and cheese seriously. Kfc hire good people who wants to work sending away customers hungry close the store why entertainanybody

This was the most ridiculous experience i've ever had at a Kfc In my life. I have been eating kfc for 35+ years. First I was told there was no fries. I would have to wait three minutes, Next i get to the drive through window. The person working ask me what my side was then what my drink was? Do they not have that information in Front of them? Next, I was told to drive around to the front and wait for my food. There was only two cars in the drive through I was one of them. After about ten minutes I start to lock up my truck so I can go get my money back. I see an employee staring out the door like they're lost. They finally come out and went to the car that was behind me first then started walking toward me I started asking questions about my food They not only ignored me but didn't even acknowledge that I was saying anything, they rudely handed me the food I proceeded to ask again, Still nothing and walked away. Got home one and a 1/2 minutes from store. My fries were not hot. My sandwich was not edible It had the most ridiculous nastiest taste i've ever tasted it in a Chicken place. I paid almost ten dollars for a chicken Sandwhich combo That I couldn't even eat Don't bother trying to call they won't answer. Poor customer service, Terrible food And a waste of time. 25 minutes and 10 dollars wasted . I would have been happier eating the mcchicken at mcdonalds and saved money and my time And by the way, I just read reviews. This same stuff has been happening for like 5 or more years, so obviously corporate or the owner doesn't care about any of reviews or the fact that they're running off customers each and every day.
