Beware. Check your chicken before drive home. This happened to us three times on a row. We ordered EXTRA crispy chicken. They gave us Original all three times. We tried to call the restaurant but the phone never worked. We had to drive back to the place from our home which is all the way to the beach. They replaced the orders but what a waste of time for us to have to come there. We emailed the corporate office but no responses whatsoever. KFC never cares. Hopefully, now they're got paid $20/hr as fast food workers in California, they should start learning to offer good customer services and be honest with their customers. Terrible people. Always cheating with customers and want to get paid $20/hr.
Picked up some lunch here while I stopped to get a gift certificate for Christmas. Place was dirty, kitchen looked dirty and chicken was exceptionally dry. But worst of all, the recipient of my gift card informed me it was rejected at another KFC. Can you believe that? Apparently their gift cards are only good at the KFC you buy them from. Bad chicken, bad business practices, the colonel should be ashamed.
Typical fast food, food is tasty but not delicious, but the customer service is almost appalling. We showed up at 8pm and had to call for the attention of the drive thru worker who responded with "can i help you?" in an almost sassy tone. She was rather impolite through the whole thing. There didnt seem to be much communication with the staff either as we were asked to confirm our drinks 3 separate times by 3 separate people. Unless youre really craving KFC, go to Castañeda's next door because at least they'll treat you with respect.
Very bad service I ordered on line and they gave me the location to pick up my order depend upon my zip code and I went to pick up my order they said not here even the website gave me the address I wasted gas and time for nothing you will loose the customer this way and I try to cancel my order I can’t find something saying cancel and I trying call the restaurant no answer
