Gave me regular instead of diet soda. I paused to look in bag. Nor a single car was behind me. She said I had to drive away because there was a timer on the drive thru window. So annoying. No more honey wings. At least fries hot.

The new store managers have made this place even better. I believe the short Black woman's name is Nakita, and I adore her. The previous owner, Khan, was a nasty man with terrible customer service. KFC should be ashamed to have him managing their stores because it seems like he was constantly arguing with individuals who weren't from his country or weren't Indian like him. I believe he is currently working at the Queens Center Mall; however, I saw him there a few months ago, so I'm sure he won't survive there either. I sincerely hope he is fired as soon as possible since he is not the kind of person you want to represent your company. Keep up the wonderful work, Nakita,

the store looks like permanent closed already, however google still showing open, wasted time for a trip to get food then found out it’s closed
