The atmosphere of the store is cold & silent. No music / greeting. The service was very slow I’m going to be fare and say I waited 5 minutes to place my order. The customer service was terrible the employee seemed as if they didn’t want to be at work. They needed corporate to come in to train properly.
I was the only car in the Drive-Thru and 11:00 a.m. I ordered a chicken wrap combo I waited over 9 minutes was asked to pull into a parking spot .the wrap was Torn to Pieces and the chicken tender was cold as ice the fries were decent
Waited 35 mins for food after I ordered online plus they left off my nuggets from my order will never go to another kfc
Always out of what you need. Never offer to prepare anything fresh. Employees hate their job and you're a bother for even being there. Not to mention overpriced for dried up chicken and cold sides if they even have them. The colonial would not be pleased.
Service was very poor and the food was rubbery on the first visit, but KFC did make up for it and I enjoyed the meal.
If I could give a ..0..I definitely would, the store on cox creek pkwy charged me twice for my meal, we were told it would be a 10 min wait for fries that turned in to a 30 min wait, we finally got the food and when I say the worst meal I’ve ever had from this company would be a big UNDERSTATEMENT, called the store and was told by the “RGM” that it takes a MONTH to go back on your card. This particular KFC will never receive any business from my family again, be careful if you choose to spend your hard earned money with them.
