The food was great. The service was very nice. The restaurant was clean outside and inside. The order taker was caring and professional. Great visit and I will go back.

Once again.. 30 minute wait for chicken. ALL YOU SELL IS CHICKEN!!!!!!! I’ve never had more issues with any fast food place in this world than I’ve had with this KFC. Out of chicken.. fried chicken.. the chicken in your name… I give up. I don’t know what to say. Absolutely ridiculous. Pathetic. Irresponsible. Delinquent. Ignorant.

Horrible. Horrible horrible. I tried to call when they forgot half my order and they picked up and hung up on me and then the phone was literally busy the rest of the night like it was off the hook. So since I live outside of Bloomington I wasn't able to drive back to the store to get the rest of my dinner. I was trying to feed my family. I had to call corporate and they still didn't resolve the issue at hand.
