Great food

Ate lunch at this location today and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had a restaurant in quite some time. Our server was new so we took that in consideration but he had no one to shadow off of or help him with the order. He got everything wrong from the appetizer to the entire meal because he just plain didn’t listen or pay attention to what we told him. He clearly didn’t know the menu at all. We got our appetizer in which the food runner checked with 4 tables before us trying to figure out where our appetizer was going. We got the appetizer and it was not what we ordered. But it wasn’t bad so we ate it anyways. We waited 40 min for the rest of our lunch and when they brought out or food it wasn’t at all what we ordered. Then he took back the food and came back out with my friends food and it wasn’t right and it was cold. He brought my salad with chicken out finally and they smothered it in buffalo sauce in which I hate ( I told him no sauce on the chicken) and the salad was not fresh and disgusting. We waited another 20 min before we had to chase him down to get our check so we could get back to work. We spend almost 2 hours there when we desperately needed to get back to work. No one cared and we were charged full price for everything nor did anyone ask us how we were doing. We will not eat lunch there again.

Never received my order. Waited for my carryout order for an hour past the pick up time but had to leave. There were people with later pickup times getting their food, and others with earlier pickup times still waiting. It was Superbowl Sunday and very busy, but there was no way to cancel my order. Now I've paid $40 for nothing. Filled out the form on the company's site and they said it was forwarded to the Bloomington store for resolution. I never heard back from them. Take out orders are usually longer than estimated. I've dealt with it for 10-15 minutes, but over an hour and no updated estimate is not acceptable. Closing out the sale on the credit card when the order was never received is ethically wrong.

Doesn’t matter if the food is good. A worker there has stated, “chefs eat and cook at the same time, and no gloves.” Just disgusting and really unsanitary.

I've experienced consistently long wait times

Food was decent, ordered boneless wings. That’s about it, though. It took 30 minutes of standing up front, along with multiple other groups, for someone to come to the host stand. We then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes with no updates or names taken. After ordering, it took roughly an hour for the food to arrive, but it was good. The worst part: the atmosphere. The phone was ringing nonstop by the front door directly where we were seated. Nobody, and I mean not a single soul, answered the phone for the entire two+ hours I was here. It was very annoying and I could hear multiple other guests talking about it around me.
