Ken & Mike's Pizza Pasta & More

They sold our to-go pizza place. We found ken and mike’s Look no more-pizza was PERFECT! Garlic rolls soft, garlic was fresh and olive oil just enough! I had the Nutella milk shake-heavenly. Place is delightful-small, quaint, family friendly-service was phenomenal. Pricing incredible in this economy-exactly what we needed after a very long day.

Pizza was the best I've ever had in florida. The crust is phenomenal which is really what makes or breaks a pizza. Love this place

So I ordered from Ken and Mike's for the first time the other day and was impressed with the flavor of the food for the price. I decided to order again. The order said a sub, fries and a drink. I got my sub customized and it came with no fries or the extra customizations I paid for. I called the restaurant and they said the order does not come with fries despite on doordash it says it does and that the extras were just forgotten. They had told me the person who prepared the order left for the day. Okay cool whatever. Maybe they just messed up. I decide I want to give them a third shot. I call the restaurant today and asked them if the information on doordash about the food is correct before I place my order. I was met with a very burly rude attitude by a woman that had an accent and sounded like she was in her 40's or something. She tried to brush me off, cutting me off when i talked to try to confirm the information and told me that if that is what it says then it is right with an attitude. Clearly she was very annoyed with me. At this point I dont care how good their food is. They dont know what is going on in their own restaurant and it feels like they do not take their customers seriously. So I'm choosing not to order again because if they messed up my order and lied to me about it (never got my refund for the fries or offered compensation) on one separate day, and on another they give me attitude and get defensive about some stupid fries that I paid for that they never wanted to give me, then how many more problems am I going to face with this restaurant just to get my food for the day. I'd rather not. Needless to say the order I made today did not come with the extra paid for customizations. Called the restaurant they said they dont do addons. Should have told me that from day 1 when I first called. The excuse was that doordash has not removed the options.

Just cruising thru the Strip shopping center on a sunny Thursday afternoon. I was a little hungry but I didn't want to go into a restaurant & eat. Ken & Mike's has a separate take-out door around the corner with a few lunch specials! I got 2 slices of decent cheese pizza & a cold soft drink for $6.50, not bad!
