Deluxe Big Breakfast with pancakes was served cold, no butter, no syrup, rock hard biscuit, no utensils, and a cold egg that they must have forgotten to microwave! The only thing I ate was the fried hash brown. Imagine how disgusted I was after 16 hours of work, to get home and discover this catastrophe of a meal!! If you wouldn't eat it, DON'T SERVE IT!!

La manager Ana M Álvarez es una grosera , falta de respeto , no tiene ética, avergonzó al personal de la limpieza delante de todos los clientes , muchos nos estamos quejando porque es demasiado lo de esta señora . Esa Manager es una vulgar, grita y manipula al personal de trabajo a su conveniencia . Vengo todos los días a este McDonal y la he visto maltratando a las señoras de limpieza y sus otros trabajadores. Necesito que me respondan , y que esto llegue arriba . Esa manager no era para que trabaje con el público. Good afternoon, this is my rating for this McDonalds. The manager Ana M Álvarez is rude, disrespectful, she has no ethics, she embarrassed the cleaning staff in front of all the clients, many of us are complaining because this lady is too much. That Manager is vulgar, she shouts and manipulates the work staff at her convenience. I come to this McDonald's every day and I have seen her mistreating the cleaning ladies and her other workers. I need them to answer me, and for this to reach the top. That manager was not meant to work with the public.

Prices have skyrocketed. Used the drive-through this time. Agent was a bit rude when I questioned why bacon was 2.49 additional on a 2.19 burger.
