Kazan Japanese Steakhouse

This used to be our go to for our sushi cravings and it used to be great, nothing against the sushi chef because he is great, but the staff this evening was less than ideal, and as a result, we highly recommend checking out any other sushi / hibachi restaurant than here!!!!

I love this place, I literally come once a week. Everything is fresh, and taste amazing! Definitely have to try it out if you haven’t.

I came in 20 minutes before closing so maybe that explains it. I ordered hibachi filet mignon cooked medium. I also hate yum yum sauce and made a point to ask for mustard and ginger sauce. It was 27.00. Gave 30.00 He assured me everything was as l asked. Got home. 2 full containers of yum yum sauce. 1 drab of mustard and 1 drab of ginger and well done steak. I'm still chewing the same piece as I'm writing. I know it's probably not a big deal to some, but I'm really deflated. Tough meat and a dry meal with no sauce. While they didn't know, this was supposed to be my treat to myself before surgery and it didn't happen.

Took my 10 year old boys for their birthday. Go there shortly after opening around 12:30p on a Saturday and had the place to ourselves for the first 45 mins. Great staff and yummy food.
