Came today on 2/5/2025 and service was horrible. Our waiter was MIA almost the entire time. I’ve never had to wait so long between orders. Ended up canceling the rest of my orders and leaving.

Always enjoy the food here and the service is never lacking. It's a tad bit too dark for me here but I have terrible eyes so not the restaurants fault.

I've been to this Kubiki 3 times now and every time the hostess was rude and the waitresses awful. Today was the last time. The hostess literally would not smile or speak. I sat at the sushi bar without a word being spoken to me and hoped a waitress would come but never happened. The management of this restaurant is obviously incompetent. Since it was the same awful service three times in a row it's the boss that's the problem.
