Jus' Poke

You've got to try Jus' Poke! It's truly the best poke in town, packed with amazing quality and flavor. When I mentioned my long drive home, the staff went the extra mile by packing my poke in separate bags of ice to ensure it stayed fresh and safe. Jus' Poke will always my got-to spot because it never fails to impress!

Hands-down the best poke I've ever had outside of Hawaii. Amazing sauces and flavors on the fish and delicious sides as well. Don't miss it!

I visited this spot for lunch with a colleague to try their poke bowls. The ordering process involves selecting from white or brown rice, a variety of salads (like edamame, spicy edamame, and seaweed), and different poke options (original, soy sauce, spicy, etc.) right before the server assembles it on your plate. It was my first time there, but the set-up was visually straightforward and easy to navigate. I opted for a half-and-half of original and soy sauce flavored poke. The portion was generous but not overwhelmingly so, making for a satisfying lunch. The tuna was fresh without any fishy aftertaste, had a nice chewy texture, and paired well with the seaweed salad and edamame. Note to drivers: the place is popular, but parking is limited, so I ended up parking on the street.

Everything is phenomenal, EXCEPT their mushy white rice. It’s almost mashed potatoes consistency. Rice is life to me, so this brought my rating down from a 5/5 to a 3.5/5.
