tasteless soup, without salt and the worst burger I've ever eaten! The oil in which the mushrooms and oysters were fried was old and had a smell. Waste time and money !
Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free items on the menu
Such a great place for a quick snack or a hearty meal. The buffet is full of good options at a very accessible price, the food is delicious, and portions are great. A must visit if you are in the Greenpoint area.
I like the food here but it’s expensive :( I paid 27 dollars for a full plate from the buffet that definitely wasn’t 2 pounds. They certainly hide the scale measurement so you can’t see the weight! I don’t think the price is worth it for what you get. I think the recipes, while creative, are pretty basic. On the price— Adding “mashed potatoes” to your macro bowl means a scoop of potato mass and it costs 5 dollars. If you add mushrooms, it’s the same price but it’s literally a teaspoon of mushrooms. The portion sizes are too small and they overcharge for the buffet. If you care about value/cost you shouldn’t eat here. If you’re vegan and don’t care about money, it’s fine.
Love it! Great place for a quick healthy meal. We got the burrito bowl and it was delicious. The space is really pretty too. The Mint limonade was DELICIOUS!!
Casual vegan spot right by the G train. Love the cushioned seating area on a platform by the door, so cute!
Food is authentically delicious...
Clean Eating well maintained
I like Jungle, but the buffet is either overpriced, or the scale is mis-calibrated, or maybe both. A plate with 4 spoons of rice, some black beans on top of it and a handful of baked potatoes turned out to be $19.50 before tips. This is way too expensive for a weekday lunch break. You can get vegan lunch combos at many other places in the area for $12-14.
