Juice and Java

Walked pretty far to get to Juice and Java at 5pm on a Sunday and they were closed. Says online and literally on their door that they are open until 9pm. Update: came here and got avocado toast that was gross. Made with brown overripe avocados mostly.

Was closed every time I went even though it was marked as open.

I walked into this cafe and immediately felt unwelcome. The two ladies at the register gave me a look that seemed to say, "Why did you even come in?" It was off-putting enough for me to walk right back out. I've never experienced such poor service before. It's disappointing when a first impression is this negative, as it really sets the tone for the entire customer experience.

Usually get good service in the afternoon and evening when it’s the younger staff working. In the morning they are full of attitude and pretend they don’t speak English. When a blonde caucasian tourist spoke English, staff answered every question. When I (not caucasian) tried to confirm my selection of unsweetend soy milk (due to serious medical reasons), they ignored or pretended to be confused, I asked 4 times, they still ignored. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Upon taking the first sip, I could tell the drink was packed with sugar. It went straight into trash. As a local who frequents this place a lot, I’m never going back, all because of staff’s petty attitude. Photos of them and their visible unpleasant faces.

The açai is delicious 10/10 recommend and the smoked salmon eggs with bagels are good too.

No lo recomendó para nada esta mujer nos miraban muy mal , cuando los jugos estuvieron listos, nos gritó desde la caja listos , listos yo la quedé mierando @@@@ mi pareja los fue a buscar, los jugos bien, pero la atención y las miradas no lo recomiendo
