My chicken was really dry had no taste at all. Service was bad there is an old lady she seems to be mad all the time. They charged me $0.75 for an extra salsa without even telling me until I was leaving the Restauran. At least let your customers know ahead of time I don't mind paying more but let us know.
One of my favorite spots in Santa Ana .
Si quieres degustar un rico pollo,ni lo duden en ir a juan pollo: rico, económico, buen ambiente, excelente personal.lo mejor de lo mejor en santa ana.lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!
My family and I love Juan Pollo even my 18month old baby loves it! the chicken has a lot of flavor and they are big pieces as well and it's tender! The rice and potato salad are really good! Dont forget to get the spicy sauce it goes perfect with the chicken and sides...oh, I'm getting hungry already! honestly, nowadays they have the best chicken for a great price. Tell me, where are you gonna get a family meal for less than $30? Anyways, you won't regret it I've been there a few times and I'm always happy with what I get!
Even though they were swamped Christmas Eve, they made sure nobody went unnoticed. Dietary restrictions: Food made inhouse and fresh Parking: Big parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: First level with ramps
Chicken taste is above average compared to the other Juan Pollos I've tried. The one in Lake Elsinore off Lakeshore is by far the best! This place is way better than Pollo Loco. Their rotisserie chicken has more meat and better taste. Their potato salad is amazing! Beans and rice are also good. Try their spicy sauce. It is delicious. Pricing is just right.
Long wait but worth it. Chicken was excellent. The potato salad was a little bland but still good. Root beer was low on syrup.
