Food is fine, if you get lucky. Whether it is dine-in/take-out(at the least a 20-30 min wait) or delivery, Service is horrendous. Poor communication and systems protocols. I went to the drive thru once to be told I had to wait 20 minutes to order because they were overwhelmed. Anaheim branch is the worst. There are quality issues constantly. Watered down gravy, decreased quality and consistency of food. Even with a spicy chicken shortage, I expect consistency in overall quality. Honestly until corporate addresses how this branch is run, I’m going to forgo this branch altogether.
