Wings are normally decent but the owner is trash. I have been supporting him 5-6 years and every time he has gotten my order wrong, he refuses to take responsibility but chooses to argue instead of correcting his mistake. I have only ever ordered flats in these 6 years, so why in the heck would I all of a sudden order drums? This time I am completely done and he will see that he will end up going out of business by having terrible customer service. With the way, restaurants are closing their doors, this is not the day and age to screw around with customers just cause you think you can get away with it.
I ordered an 1.5 hour before closing and delivery is HORRIBLE AS USUAL! Received burnt, fried hard onion rings and waited hour and half. Called back next day and management says there was nothing they could do! SYCK customer service!!
The cashier is extremely rude. He is either watching movies, or playing games on his phone. Terrible customer service. I spoke to him and he didn’t speak back. I asked him a question and he had an attitude. My food was pretty good, but good food and bad customer is not a good combination.
The cashier is extremely unprofessional all he does is play video games on his phone, when I entered the restaurant I spoke to him and he blatantly ignored me, he was far too consumed with the video game on his phone. He did not make sure I had everything on my plate he just handed it to me and continued with his game! Do better, video games are not more important than your paying customer!!
Come in ask to use restroom before ordering. Guy in green shirt say no to my friend order taker say yes I'm confused. So I order first. Then try to go use restroom green shirt say no and it's broken then I give my friend my debit card to order. Order taker then tell him I didn't know you was a customer. You can now use the restroom. I state I just tried to use restroom and was told it wasn't available and it's broke.
My order had several different meals. I went and picked up the order and once I got home and checked all the meals one of them was incorrect. I had one meal with regular wings and another that I was supposed to be boneless. When I called back to get the correct meal they wanted me to come back and pick up it up even though they deliver, and BRING BACK the original meal. IT was their mistake. They didn't offer a store credit as an option for a future order. I order here frequently and was extremely shocked at the lack of customer service. They just lost a loyal customer.
I used to come here ALL the time. But that was about 10 years ago. This my lunch spot when I worked in the area. Anywho I walked in the door and the smell immediately made me turn around. I couldn't even order my food. Idk what that smell is and why it smells like that but they should attempt with better cleaning habits first.
