Great sandwiches, on par with Subway
Place is super cool with a relaxed atmosphere, great service, and friendly staff. Sandwich is amazing! 100/10

Sandwiches are great. Bad review is for their ordering and overall service which they need to fix. Ordered pickup through Grubhub twice and estimated pickup time was 70 minutes both times. That’s absurd and most likely an issue with the way they setup their profile in Grubhub. It needs to be addressed and fixed. First time, not an issue. Waited about 30 minutes…sandwich was ready by the time I walked there to pick it up. 2nd time, waited same amount of time before walking there (30 minutes) and ended up waiting 30 minutes inside bar. An hour total to pickup a freaking sandwich. This is type of stuff that prevents repeat business. Unacceptable in New York. Too many options. People just won’t tolerate waiting like that here. People who showed up after me and sat at the bar, ordered received their food before me. Meanwhile, person behind the bar was distracted by his phone, had to ask for my name multiple times. I followed up with him once while I was waiting and it took another 15 minutes to receive the order. Obviously he didn’t address the order with whoever was making the sandwich in the kitchen. Person behind bar also didn’t ensure order was complete as I had to remind him I ordered chips as well. Not a big deal on its own but combine it with other things and just completes every aspect of a Bad experience. I find myself wanting to order the sandwiches because I think they are good but I simply won’t do it because I don’t want to deal with the hassle of a really bad service experience. This experience was about a month ago and I’m writing it now because I want to order the sandwich and was reminded of what happened last time and won’t do it. Hopefully mgmt gets message and does something about it. I’ve been there when the service experience has been good so it’s not all of the staff but they really need to do a better job with training. I’ve been in there on one other occasion late night where the bartender was a bit of an a-hole. Just rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered. Good sandwich though, good prices. Really need to ensure consistency in service experience. I’ll give it one more shot sometime in the future. If they don’t fix it by then it will be the last time I give them my business.
