impossible to find parking. the WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. the young gentlemen was extremely rude. did not even greet.

What is happening??? Are your employees getting training? Do they know how to make the right smoothie? Do they have a recipe to follow and how to serve? Are the sandwiches being made the same every time or they just add whatever ingredients they want? I was in shock today! They don’t even greet you or say thank you. TRAINING MANAGEMENT! Before you loose more clients. Get help from the one in Aventura Mall.

I am a big fan of Joe and the Juice. But this specific location on Sunny Isles Beach is the worst I've ever seen. Yesterday I had Serrano with Yellow Latte (12oz) delive from Miami Beach location and is was very delicious! Sandwich was well stuffed, coffee was amazing. Today I got the same order from Sunny Isles Beach location and I am not really ebjoy my food. I feel like the crew needs a training to meet sta of Joe and the Juice. Also I always oder addir avocado to my sandwich and in this location thay ALWAYS for get to add it.

Rediculously expensive.

Hiii!!!!! I love their food and I got a tunacado; Although it was burnt, I LUUUV burnt bread :3 So better for me haha!!! I love their customer service especially the Jews. They wear neckslces and have cool stuff. The manager seems vibey and got a little sass to her I love itt TBH would wanna work here specifically this location The girls r also all pretty so thats a plus Parking: Good

Feels like mean girls with these rude employees. Also maybe prioritize and tell your customers the food will be 30 minute while preparing everyone’s Uber eats orders
