Rico e sano , para darte un gusto de vez en cuando, lo recomiendo. puedes colocar encima del yogur helado de fresa, arándanos, kiwi, almendra picada etc. Un vaso mediano repleto de yogur con mucho sabor sobre todo el sabor de mango de coco son deliciosos
