I bought a coffee and a muffin. I took a table inside (Atlanta airport) and the waiter told me that I couldn't use the table to drink my coffee. I understood that I needed to buy breakfast, but he didn't give me the option, he wasn't polite. I will never go back.
Atlanta Airport - Really, really, really weak coffee. Breakfast was gross. Potatoes weren't washed (dirt/gritty), ham was mostly gristle, eggs were equally as bad. Sorry I chose this place to eat... staff was nice tho.
There is a good handful of locations, which helps me a lot as an older graduate student! Importantly, they do NOT add sweetener to their matcha powder, so I can choose whether or not to add a little Sugar in the Raw. I've never had a medium or strong brew or iced coffee (or matcha latte) there I didn't love the taste of. I've never been anything but comfortably cheered by interacting with the impressive, smart, truly friendly folks working there. I love how they keep several non-dairy milk options on hand (oat, coconut, almond...) and how they really foam up their lattes well. They sell fairly fancy baked goods plus reduced cost, still yummy, one-day-old muffins. The on-campus locations sell many types of good quality sandwiches, yogurt cups, and other smaller meal options. The Jittery Joe's at the Five Points area of Athens has the greatest coffee shop atmosphere you could ask for, softer conversations going on, not at all loud, plenty of seating indoors & out, and a beautiful old wood floor. Parking there is limited, however. ***My husband loves the Jittery Joe's baseball cap I gave him: high quality, from the sturdy gray cotton fabric to the ample brim and good fit! I saw they have tee shirts, too. Vegetarian options: The on-campus locations have incredibly good & fresh vegetarian sandwich options. Dietary restrictions: Cows' and goats' milk give me a bad stomach ache so it helps me a lot that they always have oat, coconut, or almond milk on hand.
