food is fine. it’s jimmy johns. the workers are wild though. rude never once had a decent experience with the people here. no management to be seen it’s obvious why the behavior continues when there’s no correction and it’s babies running the place. we drive in town now cause this jimmy johns is . workers even talk mad stuff to their own coworkers and we literally witnessed them bullying other coworkers. when there’s other options for better quality jimmys and better environment..i mean…you decide for yourself

Not so freaky fast!! Had to wait 20 minutes for a 6 inch sub!!

I don't appreciate the attitude I received when I visited this location. Maybe you'll have an idea of what maturity is when you leave mama's womb. I'm choosing to spend hard-earned money here and I get talked to like a 14 year old is smarter than me. I will not be back

I am absolutely done with this location. I live close by and could pick up my food, but I work from home and am often busy so I don’t have time. For a while, this location was great; fast service, no issues. Within the past month, this location has gone downhill. Waited well over 40 minutes for one delivery and when I called the store, the manager couldn’t give me an update or a time frame. I ended up driving to the store and picking up the order myself. The second issue is more alarming. A guy claiming to be the regional manager showed up at my door, threw my food at me, then informed me a different delivery driver had my drinks and he could either credit me or come back in half an hour after he makes all other deliveries. I opted for the credit. He then proceeded to chew my husband and I both out for having the audacity to get delivery when they are so busy and only have one driver. I’m sorry, but the app didn’t say there’d be a wait for delivery or anything so I honestly had no way of knowing. Nor is that my problem. I’m fine with waiting, I’m not fine with my order being completely wrong and someone claiming to be a regional manager reprimanding me for ordering delivery. That’s your whole model…I don’t understand. Freaky fast delivery is the slogan. Am I missing something here? Also didn’t help that the order was completely wrong and had to then be redelivered. Edit: Shoutout to Nick who so graciously took care of everything. You were amazing and we really do appreciate all of your help!

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY! I don’t know why they won’t update their website, but they do not offer delivery. I’ve placed many orders here and 99% of the time there is an issue with delivery. Most times the store will not inform you they are having issues so you’ll be waiting 2+ hours for your food, if it ever shows up. Even more rarely the store will call giving some excuse like they have no delivery driver, the driver won’t be available until after 2pm, or delivery will take 2+ hours. Service is always horrible as well. If you call and try to get an ETA on your order, they’ll say they can’t provide one. Save yourself the time and headache…do not order delivery. You are far better off picking the order up, but service is still questionable at best.

I have now ordered delivery twice from this location both times I have never gotten my food I have had to ask for my refund twice because for whatever reason they believe freaky fast means 2 hours after I placed my order. Severely disappointed.
