I ordered through the drive thru. He greeted me on the speaker “welcome to Jimmy John’s how can I help you”.. when I pulled up to the window, all politeness went out the window. He didn’t say anything but my total. I asked for more Mayo packets, I said thank you several times, not one word in return. When he handed me the bag of food, didn’t even say anything, just held it out the window with no eye contact. Very rude! It was very unsettling cause it felt race driven.
Slowest JJ ever. Waited 5mins to place order, waited another 25mins (!) at the window. Finally got my order, but no receipt in the bag. Tried to get someone, but nobody was paying attention anymore (nobody in line behind me, nobody inside). Fortunately the receipt was sitting within reach. Got out of my car, leaned in to grab it. Love JJ, but wont be back at this location. @Management: You need new staff!

Jack’s New York Deli is typically great. However this experience that I had is making me question if they had any change in staff. My husband ordered me a FULL Chef Salad with Spinach and this is what I received. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, he didn’t check it before he left so I had no way to remedy the situation. Dear management, please train new staff members!
Bad experiences twice at this location with incorrect orders and slow service. Recommend someplace else.
