Here at 8:42pm and the staff ignored me at the drive-thru. They were inside cleaning and would even go to the window when I pulled forward. Jimmy John's ghosted me.

Poor poor service…. Simply wanted a couple loaves of bread and was told they couldn’t do it…yet they would make a couple sandwiches. Won’t ever return for sure. Shame on you!

I had the best interaction with the new General Manager. I didn't get her name but I wanted to let everyone know she is funny and a hard worker. She is building a team to serve the community. Thank you. You are delightful!

Staff was wonderful. Just disappointed upon getting home that my #14 (roast beef and turkey) was made with ham and turkey. And I hate ham

This restaurant's food quality is always consistent. Their Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Everything is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend them... Vegetarian options: They can prepare sandwiches without bread using lettuce as the main support ingredient. Dietary restrictions: They have great salads prepared according to your specifications Kid-friendliness: The place looks friendly for both adults and kids

I have ordered food from here probably over 75 times. The food is good but the service and the delivery time has gotten worse and now to the point I would say bad. After I called back to ask how much longer the gentleman on the phone told me the food was delivered and his driver knocked which I checked my ring camera and the driver was never here. Then he asked me what my house looked like. Well if the driver delivered the food he would know. Then the person on the phon said that they will remake my food and send it back out to me very smug and then hung up on me. I am ok with people having bad days or being busy it’s part of life. I also will give them another chance in the future because I do believe in people. Please just fix the problems and move forward

Nick and the crew were awesome. Clean place with great air conditioning and good tables. Yea, awesome sandwiches, new lettuce-wrap chicken. and new side ordres, big sandwiches. Awesome place to si 5 minutes and enjoy a good sandwich or unwich. 5 stars.
