The Manager Ben and his staff were so welcoming, courteous,and accommodating. Overall great service!
came in at 8:40 to an employee saying “WERE CLOSED” when I noted the time she literally said “we got like one sandwich on wheat bread” whatever that meant. I ordered a veggie they didn’t have sprouts or other ingredients so I just got whatever I got. wack
Felt like I was an inconvenience to the cashier " what do you want" was as much of a greeting as she stared off into space while waiting my response. Not a nice atmosphere.
They made my sandwich wrong. I called and the manager promised me a replacement sandwich. When I went to get it the following day the manager wasn't there and the staff didn't honor my promised replacement

I ordered a Turkey Tom, and cashier asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. Unfortunately they must not train their employees well because not only was there cheese on my sub, but they charged me for something I did not want. I am tired of Billion Dollar Corporations stealing from me. Plus they asked me for a tip, which I am glad I did not do. TRAIN AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. I will never go back.
