Jimmy John's

I ordered on the app to have JJ delivered. I ordered at 6:30… at 7:30 I tried calling the store THREE times and no answer. I finally decided to call the Orchard location to see if they could contact them. I got off the phone with the Orchard location and received a notification stating that my order was out for delivery. It took the delivery driver a whole HOUR to deliver my two sandwiches. Go to to the Orchard location. The staff at the Orchard was so amazing dealing with my complaint and made everything so much better and issued a refund for me. Don’t waste your money at this location. It’s worth the drive going to the Orchard.

They use some kind of sauce on the sandwiches that I just don't like. It's an acquired taste!

Got a wrap from drive thru this week. After 2 bites, found a hair. Opened it up and found another. Opened the other half and found a THIRD. Didn't have time to go back and complain but I did a comment online and asked to be contacted but got no response. So I guess that tells you how concerned they are about their employees either deliberately doing this or at least a serious policy/procedure issue.

I ordered a delivery through the app. One hour later I called to see how much longer it would be before delivery. The order had not been made and she wasn't sure how long it would be until delivery would arrive. I asked if it would be within 30 more minute. The person told me she couldn't say, they only have one delivery driver. I asked to cancel my order. There was no apology or any offer to make it right. She replied ok and hung up the phone. I now hope that my credit card is credited properly. Will never order from this location again. This is the second time I've had to cancel my delivery order due to extremely long delivery times.

This place has horrible management, multiple general managers at this location have been beyond rude and unprofessional DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

I’m very upset, and spent the day crying. I have a birthday party planned for my three year old tomorrow and we decided to go with Jimmy John’s. We ordered 4 orders of the 30 half sandwiches. We placed the order a week in advance and in the meantime a lot of party attendees cancelled so we called the store to see if we could take an order of the 30 sandwiches off the order. The manager was rude to begin with. She said I’ll have to see what I can do. She put me on hold forever, then came back and said “the only way to modify was to cancel the whole order so I cancelled the whole order.” She cancelled the whole order, instead of ASKING if that was okay. She should have asked if I wanted to cancel or leave the order because I would have left the order as is being that we already paid. I said “maam you should have asked.” And she proceeded to say “well it’s too late, what’s done is done.” I said is there anything you can do? She said nope. I said “you just should have confirmed with me before canceling.” And she said “oh okay you want to tell me how to do my job?!” And she just kept on being rude, and so I asked for the number to corporate and she said “I don’t have it.” And I said “can you please get it for me?” And then she said “You’re just as capable of using google as I am.” I ended up yelling at her and then hanging up. I ended up spending the rest of the day crying because of her lack of people skills and empathy. I will not be going back her. I proceeded to call back to get her name and she said “I do not have to give you that information.”

I am extremely upset, the manager here was extremely rude and arrogant, I will be speaking to corporate and filing a complaint. Please stay away from this location.
