Papa Johns Pizza

This Papa John is usually on top of the game. Tonight my husband ordered a large one toping original crust and got a stuffed crust. Cheese bread with no marinara sauce. Out of all places we order pizza from Papa John's got it on point everytime. Not today and it was something we were look forward to after the week we had. Never again will I give business to Papa John's. ✌️

Used to be the go to... now won't even accept online orders... I called and they won't take an order over the phone. So I drove to the location and NOW they they me not accepting carry out or delivery. What a waste...

Awesome the food arrived early....! Food was hot!.. Loved the parmesan chicken knots.... Loved this meal!! ❤️❤️❤️

Poor service all around. Just a bunch of teenagers not caring, talking disrespectful about customers very loud.

This place used to be good old everyday papa John's pizza. Tasted good and was managed well. But past month everytime I order pizza me and my kids gets stomach issues. The pizzas are weird. The customer is very dry, hard and flat. Not like it was before light airy and fluffier. The cheese I've gotten on the pizza is weird and doesn't cover the whole thing. Not sure if they are skimping on the toppings or what. It doesn't even look like the same pizza I'm used to. The dough Def doesn't taste the same at all and when I ordered just yesterday my order was delivered 45 past time the order left the store. I called about 30 mins into the wait (after I received a text saying it's on its way) to check on it and the manager said it just left 5 mins ago. The pizza, a stuffed crust beef was very cold, the crust of the pizza was so thin and soggy that the slices just broke in half when I tried to pull them apart. The cheese was looking and tasting old. Very big waste of $30! I was ordering pizza at least once a week, each time I'd go in the bathroom was a mess. And the place some of the employees looked a mess and so many orders were messed uo or never arrived so they had to remake the orders. . I don't know whats going on here but I'm done with papajohns. Yall need to fix these quality issues asap. The whole pizza is off and tastes nasty. I'd like my money back for the last pizza I ordered! I didnt eat the pizza. It was too disgusting. Parking close to the store is always bad. Little spots for multiple stores. Always full. This place has gone to the crapper. It's consistently bad pizza. Nit even up to the papajohns standards. Better ingredients, better pizza. Well this location needs to be inspected or retained on how to make pizza the pj way. Please look into the cleanliness of the prep areas and hygiene of the employees beciase were consistently gotten stomach issues after eating the pizza here. Parking: Always busy lot and limited parking close to the store. Very busy entrance.
