I went to FelFel this evening, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Princess. Her customer service skills were truly unparalleled – she was so friendly, and incredibly personable. As an owner of a business myself, I couldn’t help but be impressed by Princess’s professionalism and dedication. If I had the opportunity, I would hire her in a heartbeat. Her ability to connect with customers and provide top-notch service is a rare find, and any team would be lucky to have her. What made my experience even more remarkable was the fact that I was having a pretty tough day before walking into the restaurant. However, Princess’s warm demeanor and genuine kindness truly brightened my day. Overall, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, but what truly made the difference was Princess’s exceptional customer service. We love Fel Fel so much but we ordered from Uber eats and it was very expensive delivery plus the wrap combo’s had the fries stuffed inside the wraps. We didn’t ask for that, we usually get fries on the side. It made the wraps dry and not too tasty.

I came here because they have a good rating but now I know it's definitely overrated. The staff don't greet or talk to you at all. The lamb shawarma was dry & didn't taste like lamb at all. Pita bread was crispy and not really soft. Just overall disappointed in this heavily priced bland food.

The food is good but needs more flavor. The atmosphere is very modern and electronic ordering is awesome! The service is very fast usually 5-10 minutes depending on what you are ordering. The employees are very nice as well!
